That is why we are pleased to share with you that we have been part of the collaborating team and sponsor of events such as the Talent Knowledge Summit organized by the Impulsa Talentum Foundation today Wednesday April 6 at the Fira de Reus.
The Talent Knowledge Summit is a meeting place for companies and professionals who are committed to collaboration, innovation and intangibles to face the new challenges of a highly competitive environment as the engine that will help organizations to survive the changes. We highlight the attention to the human factor, the flexibility to modify processes, strategies, structures and incorporate new tools, but above all to do so by putting people at the center.
Events such as the Talent Knowledge Summit, which begins its itinerancy to many other locations, is born with the aim of supporting the development of the business fabric of the territory, and Reus especially stands out for its work to generate technological ecosystems that offer benefits in the form of synergies, network of suppliers or qualified personnel through actions promoted by the collaboration between institutions and companies, such as the TIC Sud Cluster and the Foodtech & Nutrition Hub, great initiatives of public-private nature that aim to create catalytic ecosystems of innovation.
During the day, we have witnessed the experience shared by professionals and young talents and we have had the great fortune to have guest stars such as Mike Blackman, CEO of the ISE (Integrated Systems Event), where we have discussed topics such as the latest business trends, keys to continue generating value and grow in changing environments, new projects and we have even enjoyed a pleasant networking with all the guests.
